sure -- no problem!
Ask your client what MLS they use (they may have multiple, and then
that adds a level of data cleansing complexity to your end) -- they
should have the contact info.  It is typically by a geographic region.
 Multiple counties is typical, a whole state is usually broken into a
couple.
