[Rets-dev] SoCalMLS (TEMPO) and RETS

Dan - RETS is a method of data transfer, as is FTP.  In general, they
both produce the same end result, the data delivered to you.  How you
use that data is independant on how you get the data.

Its up to the MLS how they provide you the data.

For example, someone could send you your ebay item via UPS or FEDEX,
they both get to you, and once you open it, it is the same item.
