[Rets-dev] SoCalMLS (TEMPO) and RETS

Has anyone ever used RETS with Southern California MLS ?

 

I'm new to this game (and new to this mailing list).  so I first did my
research - learned about RETS, and then contacted SoCalMLS (IDX at SoCalMLS)  I
learned that they don't offer a RETS connection - they don't have a RETS
server.  Instead they offer an FTP raw data feed at the tune of $500 /
month.

 

Is this the end of the line?  Or is there a workaround to use RETS with
their MLS?  Has anyone done either of these (FTP or RETS) with SoCalMLS
before?
