Vlado - one quick question for clarity:
when you say you are searching via browser - do you mean using a RETS
client (http://rets.org/client)? Or do you mean IE or FireFox?
If you mean IE or FireFox, then the issue is, that RETS is not a web
browser protocol - and you need a RETS client
