[Rets-dev] Supported Search Formats

In my experiance, its save to assume that everyone supports COMPACT and
COMPACT-DECODED.  STANDARD-XML isn't that widely supported due to
StandardNames not being that widely deployed.  Well, it might be supported,
but it won't be that useful.

If you want to write something that will work everywhere, assume COMPACT and
COMPACT-DECODED work.
