[Rets-dev] Need Help

It's just a query on a range. Same as if you were querying on a price
range, everything betweeen 150,000 and 175,000; everything from lat > x
and lat < y and long > a and long < b. Now if you're wanting to do a
radius search then you'll need extra support from the RETS server
outside the spec. You will have to calculate your ranges.

I will modify the query. But I don't understand how to pass that range
i.e.
1 mile or 5 mile. to the RETS server.

If the RETS server you are querying gives you lat/long, you could
calculate your range and query that way. RETS itself does not specify
how to search or even what fields to search on. You will have to check
the metadata on that server and determine if it is possible.

Hello,

I am trying to search the properties within a given mile from a specific
address that is given by the user.
Suppose user gives the address as '123 Main Street, Texas, 78759'.
Taking
range as a mile from given address, I am trying to search all properties
within that range.

However, I am unable to do that.

If anyone has solution, please tell me.

Thank you,
Trupti
