I believe that Variman follows #2.  ezRETS, as a client, expects #2 as
behavior.  Our own assumptions feeding back on us, I guess.

In either case, given what RETS1 is, I would assume to get back something
with the same name as I asked for it, as Scott mentioned in earlier mail.
