This is also what the reference server seems to do, and it makes the
most sense to me, so I have implemented it this way for now. I
couldn't quite stomach a query saying:
Select=ListPrice
and returning a column called LIST_PRICE instead. I will see if
anybody complains, and adjust accordingly. :-)
