[Rets-dev] Real time RETS

It is not a standards issue, it is an architecture and performance issue.

MRIS is what I would describe as a real-time system. It only serves up 
information by RETS.

I'm sure that Sergio could give us some specs on performance - it is 
impressive.

So the standard is up to it. Implementations may not be.
