Several members of the community have suggested that I institute a 
monthly status call on what has occurred over the previous month. This 
is a really good idea, so I'm starting the first monthly call. Assuming 
that this is a time that works for most people - which will be 
determined by feedback from this message, it will be held monthly on the 
first Wednesday of the month.
