[Rets-dev] update: RETS is getting forums..

Just a quick little announcement before we completely throw the switch.
Over the weekend we will complete the migration of rets-dev and
rets-announce over to a shiny new forum based system.

The good news is, that the forum has a email<->list bridge, so those
that want to maintain their email list routine can.

The bad news is, that everyone will need to register on the forum.

We are anticipating turning down the mailing lists after 12PM CST
tomorrow (friday).

I will send out an announcement with instructions and some information
as soon as the forums are up and people can start to register.

Forums have been the hot topic since the spring meeting, and we are
finally confident with the solution we chose (vBulletin) and its
capacity to maintain the mailing list capabilities.
