[Rets-dev] raprets hard limits, no MAXROWs

If there is a better list to ask this question please redirect me.

I am trying to download all property listings of a particular class from
rets15.raprets.com. This class should have about 5,000 listings. My query is
(mlnumber=0+) with Select set to only "mlnumber" (the key field).
I have tried setting Limit to 999,999,999. I have tried setting Offset. I
have tried searching on ranges. No matter what I do the set of
rap15.raprets.com servers never provides MAXROWS and hard limits the number
of returned rows to 2,600.

After the first 2,600 mlnumber rows come back, and even though MAXROWS isn't
set, I have attempted follow-up queries such as (mlnumber=[last number in
list returned for 0+ query]+) or (mlnumber=[highest sorted mlnumber in
list]+). In response to this second query I get seemingly random results
that are devoid of rows but have a COUNT value. (My query explicitly asks
for Count=1 per the spec, "If this argument is set to one ("1"), then a
record-count is returned in the response in addition to the data. ")

Here's a sample:

<RETS ReplyCode="20201" ReplyText="No records found.">
<COUNT Records="910" />
</RETS>

I have asked the local MLS/board tech contact about this issue but they are
completely unresponsive. Perhaps someone from Rap is on this list?? Btw, I
have tested and actively use this RETS-1.5 client against MRMLS/Matrix,
Re-Infolink and MLExchange. All of those work flawlessly.

Thanks,
Abe
