Matt:
"Transaction Management" has typically referred to the activity
related to accomplishing a successful CLOSING once a property has
been sold - not the activity related to the Listing itself (e.g. Add
Listing, Price Change, Withdraw, Pending Sale, Expire, Un-expire,
etc.). These are now covered as updates to the PROPERTY record, but
they are of a very different character than changes to REMARKS, for
example, since they directly impact the subagency agreement.
