[Rets-dev] RETS Opening Comments Recorded

At past meetings, one or more persons offered to take the microphone 
into the audience to hear the question. Based on the room dynamics, 
people in attendance were able to hear without the use of amplification. 
When sessions are being recorded, I'll try to persuade someone to do 
this task even if the audience can hear speakers without amplification.
