Hi Scott,
I can assist you with any questions you may have around the compliance tools.
First question...did you download the tool or are you running it as a webstart app from the RETS site? (the configure dmql function uses system metadata, which on some servers can be large and cause a memory error - if you're running this on the downloaded local copy you may need to set the Java stack and heap sizes larger)
Let's start with that and go from there. You may contact me directly with any additional questions.
Regards,
Paula O'Brien

Hello,
I'm using the Server Compliance Checking Tool from here:
http://www.rets.org/cms/developer/compliance
to validate a RETS server I'm developing.
I don't seem to be able to get the "Configure DMQL" button to work
properly. When I press it, I get a dialog saying "EXCEPTION: null",
and all that shows up in my logs is a login request and a successful
response.
I get the same behavior when I use the realtors.org test RETS server
URL in the compliance checker, with both:
http://retsserver.realtors.org:8080/rets/server/login
http://retsserver.realtors.org:9080/rets/server/login
Also (and possibly related), I wasn't sure what to put into the
various boxes for the "Configure" dialog. I initially left most of
them blank, then tried my best guess for what to put in, but in either
case got the above exception. Is there documentation of what those
settings are used for and how they should be set? Is it possible that
one of these settings is causing the exception I'm seeing when I try
to configure DMQL?
Thanks!
----Scott.
