[Rets-dev] License question for reference server

Hello,

I downloaded the RETS reference implementation from here:

    http://www.rets.org/cms/developer/resource

I was wondering what the licensing is for the server and the data?  I
see license information on some individual source files, but most have
none, and I don't see an overall license.

In particular, I'm wondering if the license permits using the sample
data and images from the reference server to create a demo of my own
RETS server.
