[Rets-dev] Creating Something Similiar to SubmitYourListings.com

The broker and I would like to develop a solution to take his IDX/MLS feed
of listings, and then submit them to:

Zillow
Trulia
Oodle
LiveDeal
prospmart
google base

Does anyone here know about the best place to get started? We are currently
looking for a professional with experience to get this off the ground.

I have made 2 attempts at RentACoder to find a knowledgeable individual to
help on this, but I have not found anyone.

Alternatively, we also considered bypassing all of the hassle of the MLS,
and data entering them into one backend, and having them be pushed to the
sites listed above.
