Tony - typically, and almost always, MLS data is only for member use
only - meaning you need to be an Agent or the like, and they then
provide access to the system to you. Each MLS has different
requirements, specs, and policies for the use of thier data.
If you want something to display real estate data against, I would
suggest looking at the info contained in Googlebase and/or Craigslist
becuase both those are open repositories of data - real estate and
other.
