[Rets-dev] MLS Data

I'm looking at developing a website that would list real estate in my
area. I'm not an agent, I just want to list all available properties
in a given area. I've researched RETS over the past few days and found
a lot of good info. The one thing I didn't find was how I access the
MLS data using RETS. Does www.rets.org have a server my code would
connect to? I was directed to realtors.org a number of times, do they
offer this service? How about flexmls.com? They have a flexRETS
product that sounds interesting. Flexmls.com seems like a middle man
though. Is there a master MLS/RETS server for me to connect to. What
does it cost to access this 'master' server if it exists?
