  The BNF above has the following changes which address the concerns submitted by Libor:
   * The BNF should fully conform to RFC 4234 syntax
   * The quote escaping has been fixed
   * Negative and real numbers are now supported
   * Dates, times, and timestamps are now supported
   * The BETWEEN clause is now supported
   * Typing and semantics are specified
   * The LIKE pattern is a SQL pattern with '%' and '_'
